The client needed more than a standard SMS platform. They wanted a "behaviour-driven" system where messages adapt to customer data in real-time. The challenge? We couldn't store that sensitive data ourselves.
Our solution was a Canonical Token Dictionary (CTD) and a stateless Template Engine. We built a smart data-connector matrix that pulls live variables (like first_name or expiry_date) directly from the client’s own databases or CRM. This keeps data private while making every message feel personal.
We also unified the experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) , connecting a powerful campaign dashboard to an embedded training academy. The result is a platform that doesn't just send texts—it drives actual repayment and engagement.
